With a thriving practice established in 2002, he currently operates out of Chrysalis Surgery Center, where he serves as the CEO of the Plastic and Cosmetic Center of South Texas.
Recognized for his extensive experience, Dr. Jeneby has handled numerous cases, specializing in breast, tummy, nose, eyes, and face revisions, totaling over 9,000 procedures in the span of 19+ years. Dedicated to ensuring the utmost safety for his patients, Dr. Jeneby has pursued additional training in safety procedures for BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) and Tummy Tuck surgeries. Dr. Barlow, also known as Dr. Rock-It! is an distinguished Ivy League-trained plastic surgeon with 18 years of experience. Located in San Antonio, TX, Dr. Rock-It! is a former rocket scientist who worked on the International Space Station with NASA, Dr. Barlow’s unique background in engineering and aerospace brings an unparalleled combination of precision and expertise to his practice.
Having studied at prestigious institutions such as MIT and Harvard, Dr. Rock-It! has honed his skills in various aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. His focus is on uplifting patients’ self-esteem after surgery through personalized, compassionate care, and optimal outcomes.
His diverse educational and professional experiences enable him to seamlessly blend precision, excellent surgical skills, and empathy to deliver transformative results that enhance patients’ confidence and self-image.

Before obtaining his medical degree,
Dr. Barlow pursued a Doctor of Science degree in biomaterials at MIT and Harvard, where he conducted research on cultured epithelial autografts, biopolymer dermis, and skin substrates. He also studied cellular signals in scar formation. He holds a Master of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Kapil Kashyap

Or well known as “Dr. Kash”, has been providing anesthesia for his patients in Texas. Over the course of more than 20,000 anesthetics, Dr. Kashyap has passionately guided patients through their surgeries in a caring and comfortable environment. He was Valedictorian at Acalanes High School and received his Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry at the University of California, Berkeley.
He obtained his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Kashyap is Board Certified by, and a member of the ASA and The Texas Society of Anesthesiologists. He loves to travel with his family, play golf, and enjoys watching Cowboys Football!

Freddy Estrada has been in a medical community for over 25 years for us as an EMT and firemen and progressing to medical sales . He joined Dr Jeneby in 2019 is become Dr Jeneby ‘s project manager as well as chief of financing and marketing . His company is called Pinetree consulting, and he is housed within the Stone-Oak Chrysalis complex on the second floor
He is an ultimate “patient pleaser “and will get your your loan for your procedure despite your Fico!
If you do not qualify for a loan through one of our nine banks and we will put you on our in-house program or you will put 75% down and we will finance the last 25%
